Cycle syncing is a method of adjusting your lifestyle to match the phase of your menstrual cycle, working with your hormones instead of against them. This can mean changing your diet, exercise, and lifestyle habits.

The CYNC app tracks fitness, food habits, and body functions to help suggest the best fitness and nutritional advice for your body, depending on the phase of your cycle.

The app features a home page that shows what phase of your cycle you are currently in, a symptom tracker to help record and predict how your body changes in each phase, suggested recipes and workouts for each phase, and also a discover page where you can interact with other users and find helpful articles.
